New contribution by Jill Kries for Science Figured Out 🤓

Ever wonder how listening to a story could help us diagnose aphasia? In this short video, ExpORL researcher Jill Kries explains how her PhD work aims to do that.

From story listening to EEG-based algorithms, the development of a fast and automatic diagnostic tool for aphasia could be really helpful for individuals who have suffered a stroke and experience difficulties with communication and declining quality of life.

You can find more information about Jill and her research here (NL/EN).

Big thank you to Wetenschap Uitgedokterd / Science Figured out for producing this!
