KU Leuven is Europe's Most Innovative University

Reuters just published its ranking of Europe's most innovative universities. Considering factors such as patents' volume, success, and citations, research impact, and collaboration with industry, KU Leuven climbed to the first position. 

Furthermore, KU Leuven's research in hearing implants was highlighted* as one of its most important novelties. This reinforces the university and ExpORL's own philosophy of emphasizing research with both academical and with practical/applied value.
